ROZMITAL brings its grassland machinery to Irish farmers at The National Ploughing Championships 2026

ROZMITAL brings its grassland machinery to Irish farmers at The National Ploughing Championships 2026
8. 9. 2026
Czech agricultural machinery manufacturer ROZMITAL is heading to this year’s National Ploughing Championships with a selection of machines for grassland and forage harvesting. Together with its local partner O’Brien Hydraulics & Agri, based in Tullamore, ROZMITAL wants to bring its machinery closer to Irish farmers and give them the opportunity to see the machines first-hand at Ireland’s largest agricultural event.

ROZMITAL will bring a cross-section of its grassland machinery range to Screggan, including the lightweight SD-24L disc mower, the four-rotor OZ-454 and OZ-524S tedders with different working widths, and the six-rotor OZ-676 tedder, as well as the SB-3921 and SP-772D rakes. The display will give Irish farmers an opportunity to compare different solutions for mowing, tedding and raking and to discuss their practical use directly at the machines.

Among the equipment on display will be the six-rotor OZ-676 tedder, with a working width of 6.7 metres. The machine coming to Ireland is equipped with optional hook tines designed to provide effective crop spreading and aeration while helping to reduce soil contamination.

Two different raking concepts will also be represented. The compact single-rotor SB-3921 offers a working width of 3.9 metres, while the twin-rotor SP-772D forms a central swath and offers adjustable working widths from 6.8 to 7.7 metres. Together with the mower and tedders on display, they represent the core of ROZMITAL’s machinery range for grassland and forage harvesting.

An important part of ROZMITAL’s presence at Ploughing 2026 is its cooperation with O’Brien Hydraulics & Agri. The Tullamore-based company is ROZMITAL’s local partner in Ireland and provides Irish customers with a direct point of contact for the brand. With one of Europe’s largest agricultural events taking place on its doorstep, this year’s National Ploughing Championships offer an ideal opportunity to introduce the partnership and ROZMITAL machinery to an even wider group of Irish farmers.

“Ireland is an important market for grassland machinery and we are pleased to have an active local partner in O’Brien Hydraulics & Agri. The National Ploughing Championships 2026 gives us a great opportunity to support our cooperation and, above all, to meet Irish farmers directly at the machines, show them what ROZMITAL can offer and bring our brand closer to the local market,” says Pavel Jahoda, Sales Director at Strojírny Rožmitál.

ROZMITAL manufactures its agricultural machinery in the Czech Republic, with a focus on robust construction, simple operation and long service life. Its portfolio includes disc mowers, tedders and rakes for farms of different sizes and performance requirements. The manufacturer provides a three-year warranty on its grassland machinery as standard, with the option to extend it for a fourth year.

Irish farmers and contractors can meet the ROZMITAL and O’Brien Hydraulics & Agri teams and see the machines at the National Ploughing Championships in Screggan, Tullamore, Co. Offaly, from 15 to 17 September 2026, at Stand 276, Row 14, Block 4.

Ireland as part of the ROZMITAL European Tour

The National Ploughing Championships are part of an intensive autumn programme for ROZMITAL. Over five weeks, the Czech manufacturer will attend six agricultural exhibitions across the Czech Republic, Ireland, France, the Netherlands and Germany. The European Tour is intended to bring ROZMITAL machinery closer to farmers in individual markets and support the company’s local business partners.
