Up to 4 Years of Warranty: More Confidence with ROZMITAL Equipment
The Czech manufacturer of forage machinery, ROZMITAL, is entering 2026 with a significant new development for both customers and business partners. From January 1, 2026, all ROZMITAL machines are supplied as standard with an extended three-year warranty, with the option to extend it by an additional year, for a total of up to four years. This step clearly confirms the long-term reliability and quality of Czech-made machinery from Rožmitál pod Třemšínem.
The decision to extend the warranty period is based on long-term feedback from customers and the dealer network, who appreciate the reliability and long service life of ROZMITAL equipment, and therefore the security of their investment. The extended warranty is a logical outcome of the machines’ quality and at the same time strengthens ROZMITAL’s commercial arguments both on the domestic market and during expansion into international markets, where trust in quality and service support is one of the key factors when selecting equipment.
“The extended warranty applies to all ROZMITAL equipment except balers, which remain covered by the standard two-year warranty. Our goal is to provide customers with maximum confidence and transparency,” explains Pavel Jahoda, Sales Director of Strojírny Rožmitál s.r.o.
Long-term data also played a role in the decision to extend the warranty period — the overall claim rate for ROZMITAL machines has remained below one percent over the past five years, confirming the high level of design, manufacturing and quality control. Thanks to its in-house engineering production, the company maintains full control over the entire manufacturing process and final assembly, allowing strict quality monitoring of every component and machine produced.
“The warranty extension is not a marketing experiment, but a logical step based on real data and experience. We know that our machines withstand long-term operation and often work for ten years or more without major issues. We want to provide customers with even greater confidence while also supporting our business partners with a strong sales argument. For us, it is a confirmation of trust in our own work and technological background,” says Pavel Jahoda.
Systematic investments in production and process management also contribute to quality improvements. Last year, the company certified its quality management system according to ISO 9001 in connection with welding processes, establishing clearly defined and controlled procedures across the company — from suppliers through production to final inspection. This increases quality consistency, production traceability and continuous process improvement. At the same time, the company is carrying out long-term modernization of its manufacturing technologies, including laser technology, robotic welding, a hybrid servo-hydraulic press and other innovations that enhance precision, durability and the long-term lifespan of its equipment.
